Hi Reed,
These were new calipers from Skandix IIRC (seems like for every project you have to order bits from 6 outfits!). They are not powder coated and I checked the pivot action before they went on the car.

The Micrometer says the new rotors are the same thickness as the old.

I think the pads came from Mark Lewis SAAB in the UK.

My installation looks like yours plus the spring retainer
