One thing to consider: it's hard to find a manual choke Weber with the fuel inlet facing the right way. All the electric and water choke versions have the fuel inlet facing the right way, or have two threaded ports so it's easy to swap. Also, the different choke mechanisms are pretty straight forward to swap. So we bought an electric choke Weber and will swap on our manual choke.
All this so that the fuel line doesn't have to do an extra U-turn into the carb.
