RE; Tariffs.
My recent experience with DHL shipping was that they did not know how to verify or figure correct tariffs. My seller also didn't know how to put correct tariff codes into DHL shipping.
Tariff should be 15% for auto parts from EU.
I would advise finding the correct HTS code for each item on your invoice in preparation for disputing tariff charges. For my order the tariffs and 'fees' totaled approx 17%, eventually.
To find correct codes I googled ' HTS tariff code auto engine part ignition distributor', etc.
My disputing their initial claim of 50%+ in tariffs yielded reduction to 17%.
