I find it interesting that FedEx needs help. My situation was DHL holding my package till I paid. When I sent them my information with the codes for each item they responded immediately with reduction to roughly 17%. It happened so quickly I wonder if they figured it out when I disputed, rather than due to info I gave them. Package shipped from Netherlands.
