I haven't ordered anything from Europe (or anywhere else) for my VSaabs since October. See that experience in the Vintage model BB.
Larry L. wrote an article for the Winter Vintage Views and said he's seeing 45 to 55% increase due to the tariffs. The latest tariff threats against some of the countries we buy from could make it worse if enacted.
I've rebuilt the fronts several times and it's not difficult. One area to watch is where the brake pad seats in the caliper. Sometimes that area is really worn and the pad doesn't seat and can slip through. There's also some variation in brake pad size that can make it worse. If that's the case, you could have the seating area of the caliper welded to add material and then ground down to the right size. Again, not a big deal.

PS- took my Bullnose out for a drive up back in the snow a couple of weeks ago. Finnish rally tires on the front and it's nearly unstoppable!
