not the bill of sale, the warranty papers that came with the car? Most likely has the number for a regional point of contact higher than the dealership if you have a disagreement with the dealer on warranty issues.
In the mean time, how do you know your cars behavior is not normal and just not what you expected? If you can, go test drive some other 2007 9-3 Aero automatics and see how they behave. If the dealership where yours is being serviced has examples that do not behave as yours does, point it out to the owner and SAAB regional.
