Yeah, you should have bought that Toyota...oh, wait, they too are having issues with transmission reliability. Maybe you should have gotten an Acura...oh, nope, they too have transmission issues...what to do, what to do.
I don't want to discount your issues you are having because you have a legitimate complaint. But that's why there is the Lemon Law; you should use it to your advantage. Just don't be surprised when that "reliable" Toyota has an issue or two these days.
