I would be surprised of any gasoline brands out there that does not meet Top Tier level.
It's all about the additives that each brand put in their fuel.

It's like tires. The qualification to meet DOT approval for tires is so low that any company can slap some shit together and have them approved for sale in US.

If you haven't noticed but the cheaper the tire is, the higher the speed and load rating it have and some fantastical name slapped on the side.
The reason is that a couple of years later, that company is gone, buried and renamed to something else even more fantastic. That way, they don't have to rely on quality but only low pricing.

The big known tire companies, they have their reputation to think of and therefore, they are much more restrictive in promising high speed a load ratings and the price goes sky high as soon as they do promise.
