Just to close out the story I wanted to let you know the new owner recently sent a photo of he and his wife out for their first ride with the top down. He replaced the ECU, re pinned the connector and replaced a fuse (caused him some tension for a bit) and was on his way. He has a cool ride for the summer at a great savings and I feel good that I save a Saab from junk man. Thanks again and best wishes to all.
