There might be, but could be hard to find. I got the kit I used from Genuine Saab and it was about $15-20. Next time I looked it was more like $60 or 70. Enough difference to make it worth making up your own, IMO, or getting a generic one. All it had that was unique was a 50-cent plastic connector to plug into the factory wiring.
On my wife's '03 the factory connection was under the trunk floor to the right of center at the back edge of the load area. It was just a plug that was wired into the rear lights and the kit from GS connected to it. It would seem to me that all you need is to know what wires go to the tail and brake lights and then wire in one of the generic trailer-light harnesses. Those kits come in difference flavors depending on whether a vehicle has separate or combined directional, tail and brake lights. You'd have to do some splicing, but some of the kits have connectors to make that easier. I'm guessing $20 or so and an hour of time and you're good to go.
Or.... maybe go find an earlier 9-5 at a boneyard and see if the factory wiring can be easily pulled out.
