Borrow one from a cyclist you know, or even mechanic at local bike shop. Local bike shops have them for sale for 7-8 dollars, Or you can order a cheap knockoff from Bike Nashbar online. They are in Ohio. Park is the SnapOn of bike tools. You want a cone wrench, they are about 1/8" thick.
