Wow, I really did not have to think about this repair much. I know for sure I did not use a bike wrench (though I have many - they are just way too uncomfortable to apply any significant torque), and certainly not a sawzall - yeah, I use a sawzall (or dremel) whenever necessary/faster eg on exhausts, but holy smokes, this came apart in seconds with normal wrenches, rachets, and an impact gun. I live in the saltiest snowiest environment imaginable, so corrosion is the norm and yet this was a breeze... spray what you can with PB blaster the night before, but I'm not even sure that was necessary.

Anyway, I would not bother buying a bike wrench for this...
