Just wondering.

I think I have tested maybe 10 of the 2006 and newer 9-5s, mostly Base models but a few Aero suspension examples also.

None of them where too stiff for me. Bought one 2006 Base wagon (plus another 2004 9-5 sedan).

And most of the tests were further North and often in cold weather, crummy pavement.

I'm doubtful you would find any of these too rough. Now, my 1994 900SE coupe with the lowered suspension and 205/50 x 16 wheels and tires was a buckboard. I bought a separate set of 15s to use in winter, and I'm talking Louisiana "winter". And it was a serious tramliner, too!
