I drove a 2001 9-5 wagon for 10 years. Initially it was a reliability disaster - catastrophic DIC failure @ 20k miles, two throttle body replacements and a turbo replacement by 40k, plus other smaller problems. And yes it had all recommended service at a dealer. After all that it ran pretty well. Yours should have those problems sorted out by now I'd think. Good luck.
