It’s not that difficult a DIY job that I would resort to any kind stop-leak as those are not generally advisable. Once those o-rings get flat there is no option but replacement. With the viton o-rings and a new pump you should be leak free for many years. While I had the coolant drained I would flush the system with distilled water and install new coolant. I would also replace the thermostat and coolant temperature sensor as those are cheap and easy to do at that time. Any liquid will expand as the temperature rises and contract as the liquid cools causing the observed pressure drop. Don’t forget to check the serpentine belt if you replace the pump.
