Thank you all for all your wonderful advice. So due to my tax bill, insurance bill and home repairs I decided not to rebuild my 95 at this time. However I did fix the leak or about 98% of it. I was looking on YouTube (See Scotty Kilmer's Video "5 Secrets Only Car Mechanics Know" and found the solution; I hope you are all sitting down for this one...

I purchased ATP Automotive's AT-205 RE-Seal. It is supposed to rejuvenate all rubber seals & gaskets in engines, transmissions, power steering, differentials and hydraulic systems. Works with all oil types, gear oil, power steering fluids and hydraulic oil.

At 37.50 for two bottles I figured what did I have to lose. So I tried it. After 3 weeks of being in my 95, all I get now is a drop of oil on the floor per day, about 98% less oil than I was getting before. No more smell of burning oil, no more smoke from the exhaust and barely no leaking. I honestly can't believe it. The car runs great and the oil level is maintained.

I do realize this is not a permanent fix, however for the meantime it works and it works well. (I even saw a video where they sprayed it on all the rubber parts under the car to rejuvenate those parts as well).

I really can't believe this stuff works.
