I bought a cheap fuel pressure gauge. Cranked and cranked but finally started. Connected to the fuel rail and around 35 PSI. SAAB started this time and showing about 37 PSI. Disconnected the vacuum line to the Pressure Regulator and it jumped to 45PSI. So it appears "Fuel" is not the problem.

Battery Cables have been recommended as well. The positive cable has 3 cables. Looks pretty custom to SAAB. It just seems odd that if and when the Car does start, it runs perfect. We drove it 88 miles to the Beach and ran great. Return trip same.
