at some point the plugs may get too wet to fire... but if you don't have spark they won't anyway. one way to test is to take a plug and lay it on the brace where the hood mounts, and take ONE of the spark plug wires and attach to that plug... and crank. very low light will make it easier to see that faint bluish spark if it's there... but I am betting as the others mentioned that you don't have spark... and that the Hall Effect circuit is not doing it's job. BTW... a quick and effective way to test on a car withOUT wet plugs for spark.... is to spray that starter fluid, or carb cleaner, or brake/part cleaner (all of these are FLAMMABLE) into the intake plenum. that big silver log that the oil dipstick hangs off. simply remove a vacuum line that goes into the plenum, use one of the plastic applicator straws that comes with it.... insert into the plenum, spray to a count of about FIVE... REPLACE the vacuum line and crank. if it does not cough and fire and sound like it will start... you don't have spark. if it DOES do that... and then quit. you have spark and MAYBE not fuel, do a couple of more times to give the pump and lines time to pressurize and it coughs and all, but will not stay running you don't have fuel for some reason.
