Or, use the mechanical advantage of the bolt thread inside the nut....if you can bust the nut loose, then find a solid piece of material to wedge the nut against, after you take say at least one turn of the nut loose. Then, when you loosen the nut, it forces back the bolt -- just keep shimming it back as far as possible, and then try to turn out the bolt.
I snapped one of those bolts using a 4 foot cheater bar, so using the nut method would get the bolt out in one piece.....if you can bust the nut loose.
Good luck -- this is one of those jobs that I spend more money at the chiropractor afterwards, than what it would cost to have the mechanical shop do the job......:-)
