Tighten the three bolts back down on the downpipe. Take a long breaker bar stick it in between the bracket underneath the turbo and the down pipe. Slowly push the down pipe over while smacking that connection where the down pipe and the elbow connect with the hammer. If I remember right that elbow slides over little sleeves in the studs that go to the turbo and can be a bear to get off. At least if you're smacking the downpipe you're not going to break that cast iron elbow. Let us know how it goes.
