Your initial pressures were 'fine' IMO you dumped Gas uselessly.. refill it to initial levels. Ignore Hi press readings there is nothing one can reasonably/effectively do about those :-) As for oil there is a wee plastic tube with a bit of Cotton ball in it, it's a Duracool 'measure the oil content' gizmo, only a very few $ to buy, IF you continue to be concerned with 'too much' oil in the system.. I wouldn't be.
My $$ are on your mixer flaps as well... or the stepper motors or ACC unit activating them poorly.
