It seems likely it's the oil pump O-ring. I don't see any leakage around the valve cover. The crank seal itself it completely dry, though I'd certainly replace it as well. Looks like about $5 worth of parts and an afternoon's work to fix, depending how much trouble it is to get the pulley off.
I found a youtube video of doing this job on a 9-5 which should be pretty similar.
