If you really want to know if it's running lean weld in a bung put in a wideband O2 sensor. I would get rid of the iridiums and just put the standard NGK spark plug in there. Bcpr7es. And if the fan is kicking on and keeping it cools and what makes you think there's something wrong with the coolant system. I would get a laser temperature gauge and when the engines all warmed up see what temperature it's running at. The gauge can go from 7:00 to 9:00 and still be working properly. Plus the gauges now have 200,000 miles on them and aren't exactly correct anymore.I picked up a 9000 about 3 years ago and the gauges usually always been a little flaky. I've tried all of the normal things and it's still kind of fluctuates a little bit. Good luck
