I've driven both... Posted by Scott Paterson [Email] (#13) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Scott Paterson) on Mon, 12 May 2003 11:37:27 In Reply to: Wagon vs. Hatchback, J, Mon, 12 May 2003 09:41:05 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
The 9-5 wagon does feel very much like a sporty sedan and not like you're driving a wagon. For, it would definitely be an option. However, the price is way too high (2X!) compared to my really sporty 9-3 hatchback that not only is sporty, but has a wonderful aggressive looking forward stance. It gives me an entirely different feeling to drive my 9-3 hatchback vs my in-law's 9-5 wagon. And while I think the 9-5 Wagon is a work of art and is by far the most unique and best looking wagon ever made, I still think the 9-3 hatchback looks better.
This is my humble opinion... I AM looking forward to the 9-2 in a big way!
