I went in for a simple flat repair and alignment. The guy working on the car was PAINFULLY slow. once he was done he kicked the hubcap back on (I'm running a set of snows on steelies) and as he is backing the car up, he drives OVER the hubcap. He gets out (meanwhile I'm watching all of this) picks the hubcap up and kicks it back onto the wheel. Meanwhile I saw them drop another guys rim on its face. Instead of picking it up, another guy walked over to it and started playing on the tire like it was a wobble-board of some sort...needless to say he was scratching the hell out of the rim in the process. Meanwhile, they call me to tell me my car is ready and make no mention of the hubcap they broke. When confronted the guy at fault said: "It was loose to begin with but its on there now." So I say, "Did you damage it?" His response "The hubcap is on the car now." YES - BUT DID YOU DAMAGE IT...the manager then gets involved...to make a long story short - I'm waiting for my new hubcap to arrive.

The guy did outright say in front of his manager, "It might fall off when you're driving home but then it won't be my fault."
