i am a famous east coast headhunter just kidding about the famous part but have been lecturing and on TV lately as part of my business ive been HH for 25 years anyway how you evaluate a JO is first put it on paper next to your name like a resume see how it looks, what is the upside of the job in 3 years, is it an apprenticship at a prestigious company , can you afford an aprenticeship or do you ned big bucks right away..... what is the cost to you in terms of culture.. do you need seasoning, did you meet your mentor and most importantly do you like the work and do you have a yardstick by which you will be measured .. if you want you can call me 631 656 1875 x 104 the hunt group
