Goldman Sachs hands down

At Goldman you will work hard long hours from the start. Almost an initiation period. But if you perform, the financial rewards will far surpass the others...exponentially. Salary increases at Exxon and UT will be slow and steady, but if you make the cut at Goldman, 7 figures is commonplace before age 35.
The top financial services companies love engineers because they are smart and not intimidated by the math of complex financial calculations. Sophisticated derivative products and trading models can be just as much fun for enginers as refinery or manufacturing operations...probably more.
Finally, you have to consider the "career equity" you will build with Goldman on your resume. The fact that you got an offer from Goldman is an honor in itself, but will only count if you take the job. Even if you leave after 2-3 years, the Goldman credential will last throughout your career and it demands respect at the CEO level nationwide. Exxon and UT don't even come close, if you have high executive aspirations.
Only if you have your heart set on a career in operations, should you consider Exxon or UT. There is nothing wrong with that path, but realize that the odds of climbing above middle management from that environment are low. Some do it, but it takes years to get recognized.
