National Border is not a Personal Property, but a Communal Property. It is not Libertarian at all to say "we Americans have the right to control our . . ." in any collective sense whatsoever because "we," "control" and "our" in any collective sense are just Statists' constructs to tell you that they (the Statists) want to "control" "your" fill-the-blank. The foundamental princpal of Libertarianism is the freedom of indidivduals, not yielding control to any Statist construct (which are almost without exception couched in false "common goods").

There is no such thing as the right of (other) Americans who want a slower immigration. No more so than other Americans' right to make sure I burn less gasoline or have a smaller house. The whole idea of Libertarianims is minding your own beeswax and leave the others damn alone.
As to burden on social services like socialized medicine and socialized education, there should not be never have been much of either to begin with. Both are doomed to fail from the beginning.

In other words, we all have to summit our freedom to claims of common good (never mind if such claims have any validity). Like I said, there's nothing Libertarian about anything you have proferred so far.
