No, I don't think they will recover in any recognizable form. I'd be all for that except I am concerned about Saab. GM is the reason that since 1983, I have refused to own American cars. Horribly made and they don't care that they are junk.
On the bright side, I've had much better BMW, Mercedes, and Saab cars since then. Safer, too.
No, sorry for the GM employees (except the union people for they have a lot to do with GM's demise) and investors but if GM and Ford couldn't see this coming, they deserve to go under. I'm extremely sorry if they take Saab down the tubes with them.
