The situation is d. 83 miles. So it was driven around 72 miles. I suspect either they used it as a demo or the manager took it home to play with.
We faked forgetting the check and said we will come back tomorrow. We told them "don't drive the car!"
So tomorrow we have to face reality. We are debating:
a. refusing to accept the car and then have to boycott the dealer because if we buy from them, they will secretly pe- on the carpet.
b. refuse to accept it but then accept it for some amount less, maybe $100.
c. be meek, do nothing, just kick the dog when we come back home.
