I skimmed that, but honestly I don't have the time to read it in detail. I'm struck by a couple of things, the first is the amount of time it would take to get each reading... then multiply that by doing multiple samples at multiple settings, and you're looking at a pretty big time investment. I think there's some flaws in his method, but as I said I only skimmed it. For example, with a click type wrench it's counterintuitive but true that the further towards the end of the handle you pull, the LESS torque it will take for the wrench to click, which means his method of moving the lever point and measuring that distance will be completely wrong. The wrench is designed to be pulled at the centre of the handle - pulling from any other point will produce incorrect torque that you can't
