Is your employer doing something illegal or is it just stuff you odn't like? I'd say, with other posters, you should not act against your employer, and this point may be specifically covered by company policies which you have agreed to. In these situations, I'd say it's best to be a bit vague and avoid negatives, which may or may not turn out to be true. What your company's owners may plan to do and what actually happens could be quite different things. Otherwise, its prudent to communicate reservations by what you do not say rather than voicing specific complaints. Remember, whiners and complainers may be useful to people, but they aren't necessarily respected. Discretion is called for here.
