Shipment Progress:
Pittsburgh, PA, United States 06/18/2012 6:16 P.M. The shipment has been dropped off and is now at The UPS Store���®.

I made a special trip to drop it off after work since we didn't get UPS or fedex that day. I originally said I'd fedex it, but I was out of the print and paste fedex labels.

Also, I blatantly told you on the phone it would take two to three days. That's business days. Today is the third day. You understand how shipping days work I assume. The first day is the second day the package in the mail. There is no such thing as same day delivery. So, Tuesday was one day, Wednesday was two days, and Today, is three.

A customer was in my office/waiting room while I took your order. He saw the post I made about this thread and made a comment on it after reading through this TUESDAY:

"Ryan Post: Jesus, that thread is huge. And having been standing there during the initial phone call, I don't see his point. An agreement was made, and he's lying. I clearly heard you say, "I will ship it today, it takes 2-3days to get to TN". You did not say Wednesday. And why would he expect you to drop your work and rush out and mail it ASAP. The call occurred at what, noonish?"
