apparently (according to NoSnaab anyway) those Wranglers hold their value like nothing else! that said, I'm constantly amazed how well Honda, Toyota (Lexus), and Subaru hold their value. A few years ago before all the bankruptcy stuff, we were looking and cross shopping Subie, off lease, with similar miles and overall condition off-lease, a base impreza asking price was the same or higher than a 9-5. Honda civics would also go for similar prices as 9-5's... Those cars are great for running well long term, but up here the bodies rust out too fast. The 9-5 we paid $6k for 2 years ago will probably outlast the car it was traded in to buy, mainly because of rust... ours still looks and drives like it is basically brand new... fantastic cars... too bad more people didn't catch on to it...
