That place is well worth a solid day or more if you can
find the time. The house is small, and has a lot of
strange mechanical things like storage that loops around
kind of like a dumb waiter. It's pretty nice in a retro
kind of way.
If you're interested in that style, there's a book called
"Yesterday's Tomorrows" that's worth reading.
Beyond that I like the ideas behind the tiny house
movement, but I'm not sure I could manage with that
little space. Friends of ours built their retirement
house working over many, many years. They had a lot
of fun doing it. In some ways "the journey was the
destination".
Captcha is tools, which is apropos.
