The switches are supposed to be "Commercial Grade" (and not "Industrial Grade"). Made by Sansheng, but has no name on the product. Looks a lot like the Leviton equivalent. Here's the info when I search on the part number stamped on the metal part of the switch:
20A 120/277 V AC commercial grade toggle switch;
