Two research hospitals within 15 miles.

Lots of high quality Doctors of every discipline in the immediate area.

Bus service at the entrance to our Subdivision. Banks, Drugstore, large Grocery Store all within two miles.

Yes we have taxes but they are reasonable. We are very satisfied with the level of service we receive from our local property taxes.

International Hub airport only 20 miles away.

We have lived here for nearly 40 years so our friends and personal service providers are well established too.

Great SAAB Indy only 12 miles away and the former SAAB Dealer still services our brand too.

Our home is two stories but some friends installed a stair lift for his aged mother years ago. This installation revealed these lifts to be very adaptable to our home style while leaving the stairs open for the bi-pedal group.
