This is the kind acar I'd get if I were your dad. Did someone say Corolla? that's kinda small even for the new ones, and they aren't gonna make your mom comfy either. The MAX has it all that I can tell, especially the SE models. With leather seats and 250+ horses under the hood, combined with overall great looks, you can't lose. The VW Passat would also make a good choice and they look good also. Expect to be paying $25-30 grand though for the top of the line trim models. The Altima looks like it's trying to hard to be something else though so I wouldn't choose it...
