oil change = destroyed transmission

Hi
I am the proud original owner of a 1993 SAAb900S w/ 212,000 miles on it.
In Sept 2001 I replaced the transmission. Two months later I had my first oil change done atone of those Quick Lube type places that I always frequented. This was the only servicing I had done to the car after the transmission installation.Six weeks later on New Years Eve the car started making this horrible grinding metal noise and died on me in the middle of the street. I had the car towed to my SAAB dealership and was told it needed a new transmission (AGAIN).
It was explained to me that the oil change place drained the transmission fluid instead of the oil. The residual allowed me to drive on it for 6 more weeks. The oil change place refused to accept blame, wouldn't turn it over to his insurance carrier or even inspect the car. I contacted the various state agencies and was told that he doesn't fall under state jurisdiction because he is not licensed and doesn't need to be in the State of Connecticut.
Now I am going to Small Claims Court and am looking for some backup info to my mechanics statement. Can anybody help me? My SAAB mechanic swears this is what happened as he has seen it before. I would appreciate any info.
Thank You
