If the transmission was a rebuilt original '93 5-speed transmission, the quickie lube place couldn't drain it because a '93 C900 trans doesn't have a drain plug. You have to take the rear differential cover off to drain it.

However, if your rebuilder replaced it with one from '90 or earlier, then it has a drain plug and they could have drained it.

You need to research this wee, tiny detail before you proceed.

If it has a drain plug, it will be on the bottom of the transmission, about 6 inches in front of the differential cover.
