Your car has an Automatic tranny? If so, and the ATF was drained, you wouldn't go anywhere. At least on any other AT car, evena few quarts down on a 1980 c/k1500 pickup will make a VERY noticible difference in the driveability. Completlely draining the ATF and leaving only a few quarts in the tourqe converter will stop you dead in your tracks.
On the other hand I wouldn't put it past a jiffy lube place to F it up. I've seen them do some strange things in my day.
My thought though, an AT wouldn't move without the tranny fluid, so if they did drain it you would have a hard time getting out of the bay.
Also, twice the amount of oil in your car would kill it quickly. You would notice blue smoke, ring failure, and harsh running (the pressure valve would fill with oil).
