Thanks for reply, Again, I only put in either Mobil1 100% synthetic 5W-50 or Castrol 100% synthetic 0W-40, but 9 of 10 times Mobil1. Plus, my car has been regularliry serviced at dealer atleast 4 times a year! So I don’t thing the Oil selection & maintenance is the problem here.

Saab dealers here in Thailand either use the semi-syn Shell’s 5W-50 or 100%syn 0W-40. I always say that 40 oil is too thin to them, but they always stand knowledgeable right.

Anymore advice is very appreciate!
