Actually I know too that you guys in Europe would drive this hard, especially on Autobahn. But for a guy who experienced 3 times of bearing failures for the same car model like me, I have to think of every single 'possible' issue that 'might' cause the problem! as well as to distinguish the thing that might 'not' cause the problem too!
I too have been in NC,USA for 3 years, and had been on a machine buy/off business trip (3 months) in Frankfurt, German. I know that you guys in German drives as fast as here in Thailand. But from what I experienced, many major constraints, like weather, air quality, humidity; here in Thailand, doesn't seem to favor a turbo car at all. I have my other car MB C280 W202 and I could cruise it at above 200 km/h for all day long w/o any problem, but not with my Saabs - (sigh) =( ....
I'll keep you post if I found anything new about this issue!
