you're kidding right? I wonder which Porsche engine you're talking about? 2001 Porsche 911 Turbo 115 hp per liter stock. Shoot even the NA's from that year were making about 87 hp per liter.
Perhaps you're trying to compare overall efficiency of a turbo-charged Saab engine to that of a N/A Porsche? Anyway Porsche was making around 100 turbo hp per liter way back in '89 with 8 only valves on their 2.5 liter Turbo S 944, which is pretty similar to the '01 Aero's 230 hp from 2.3 liters.
