its just part of the game
the thing thats a bummer is that some folks just dont get this & expect to be reinbursed somehow when something does break
turning a car up at all from stock can have a big impact on the longevity of components on a car
I know that there are verry agressive tuning out there by others.... I know there are 9000s with stage 4s hitting 27PSI peaks consistantly....
anyone who has dealt with me knows Im good hearted, honest & that when I make a mistake I do my best to take care of it
I do think every tuner on the plannet has had to deal with an engine breaking wheather or not it was the SW, making an effort to help in some way shows you care about your customer base

I realized in carlysle that the folks who have been the harshest with reguard for my work are in their late teens or erly twentys & it came to me then that I have a friggin 20 year old son :-) they are just kids like my son which makes it allot easier for me to understand.... the problem is that on the internet even a kid who knows a little can sound like an expert & not having the whole picture type things which may or may not be accurate as a result makes it harder for folks to make solid decisions about what they do & this can make it harder for someone like me to make a living (that may have put a smile on someones face sadly.....)
this market is so friggin small & dedicating all of my time to tuning saab cars bareley takes care of me & my family this is really frustrating.....
hopefully tuning other cars as well will help more money wise
how would you like it if someone was screwing with your dad.... not knowing him, his character or what is going on in a given situation but due to mislead loyalty to a compedator made it their mission to hurt his business..... Im sure you would be mad about it
anyway..... thats all I have on this.....
thanks for baring with my rant I am totally grateful to all the solid saab owners including kids & elders who are supportive of myself & others dedicating their time to putting smiles on their faces
as a result of these folks (the majority) my life is allot better & I thank you for that
