I don't know what's causing the misfire in this case but regarding the boost, there's nothing to argue. Look at the compressor map for the 15G, which is probably even slight larger than the 15T.
In your case it looks like atmospheric pressure is about 12 psi at 5200 ft. so if you're running 29 psi that give you a PR (Y-axis below) of 3.4! 28 psi isn't much better at 3.3 PR. Really, what's the point of running your car that way?
As far as you and Seth and Jak, I'll keep my opinions to myself on that one. But John, I don't know if you're aware of it, but there's a white elephant in this forum regarding ecu tuning, and I think that's what Seth's frustration is about.
