When I went Stage 3, Jak warned me that a mediocre DI BPC or plugs that work without being tuned, may with a tune fail. That was the case with the above three. I replaced them all and have had no trouble since. I have since gone stage 5 with my car and Jak has warned me about having my hardware in check to run the tune, and has been very responsive to my calls when i was having problems with the tune.
The bottom line is that hardware when not being worked hard on stock SW will perform normally. but when pushed to the limits with a tune, you need ALL of your hardware in top shape, otherwise the car will not run properly. (What's so confusing about this?)
