I guess you did not read what I wrote, spike, spike, spike.... It would only spike to 28psi and then fall back to 24psi on my gage and with the elevation pressure difference, that is about 21psi.... Right where it should be and it would only do those spikes early in the cold mornings or in the winter at 15F or something.
Seth's original point was the aggressive tune was causing the mis-fire. I felt that was not the case. That is all... :-)
Another point was that after Seth said all that about how bad it was to run the tdo4 at 25psi, he wrote on another site his own tdo4 turbo hit 29-30psi on the dyno for a second...hhhmmmm, just like my car... hmmmm
Oh well, I don't care to continue this dialogue anymore. Seth said the aggressive tune caused the misfire, that is point I disagree with, not the fact that 25psi is out of the turbos efficiecny. Like I said, my turbos have spiked higher with no misfires, but could and would never hold those kind of boost numbers as you said, its out its efficiency and the knock detection kicks in and lowers the boost to 21spi anyway... Have a good day,
John
