I would, they are cheap, easy to replace critical, and a broken boot is a sure way to accelerate wear of the joint.

I prefer Moog, I replace the tie rod ends on my '00 and '01 Aero, I used Moog but I dont have the part number handy.

use what works. Im no fan of the pickle fork, I've found that a well placed whack, radially, where the tie rod end enters the steering knuckle works wonders to free it.
