I run the Generals on the 9000 from time to time. Good price. I tend to avoid studs as I am fussy about the noise, but maybe I need to use something like your photo of the Hakka4 with studs on the 9-5 just to get the traction that I want. Not to sound like a broken record, but I have never spent this much time thinking about the 9000 winter tires. I assume that you feel the same with your 900---Just pick a decent set and drive.
Thank you for your input. It is helpful.
